Requirements
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
- More than 1 year of operation and management experience in live broadcast or media industry, familiar with TIKTOK Live and other related live broadcast platforms;
- Understand the relevant processes and rules of live streaming on TIKTOK and major e-commerce platforms
- Applicants with management experience or building an operation team will be given priority
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the anchor's live broadcast work, timely track the anchor's income generation data, review the live broadcast status, propose optimization plans, and complete corresponding execution;
- Responsible for daily scheduling, management operations, training and other related work of the team
- Responsible for live broadcast content planning, grasp the overall operation of live broadcast products from the four directions of product, content, users, and promotion, and formulate live broadcast plans. And increase the number, activity and stickiness of users
- Pay attention to the dynamics of the live broadcast industry, monitor and analyze the dynamics of competing products, and propose corresponding countermeasures
